Busi Resort Beach Property

Busi Resort Beach is the client's private stretch of shoreline, with a long-term plan to grow into a full resort. Before any of that, she wanted somewhere of her own to stay whenever she came down to the site — a small private house, finished to her taste, on her own beach.

We picked the project up at shell stage. The structure and the upstairs terrace were already in place; everything that makes a shell feel like a home was still to do. Plastering, painting, flooring, joinery, doors and windows, the outdoor pergola — all of it landed with us as the completion team.

We worked through the house room by room, then wrapped the exterior in clean white render with a black trim line at the base, and added a hardwood pergola off the side for a shaded outdoor seating area facing the water. The result is a finished private residence on a beach that will, in time, become the heart of the resort.
