Kololo Residence Renovation

The Kololo brief was simple in words and demanding in execution: take the upstairs game room and turn it into the family's everyday dining room — the space where breakfast and dinner actually happen.

To make that work, the room needed the backyard and the light. We took down the existing internal wall and replaced it with a full glass wall, so the garden reads as part of the room and daylight reaches across the dining table from morning through evening.

What was once a closed-off games space now sits as the lightest, most outward-facing room in the house — a quiet renovation that changed how the family uses the upstairs day to day.
