Seguku Perimeter & Retaining Wall

Mastula came to us in the middle of land-grabbing issues with her neighbours and needed a perimeter wall put up quickly to secure her property. Before construction started, we handled the groundwork properly — getting the required KCCA approvals, land surveys and plan approvals in place so the build could proceed without complications.

Once the documents were secured, implementation began immediately. We built both the perimeter wall and the retaining wall, moving fast and effectively to make the site safe, defined and protected. The full construction was completed within two weeks, giving the client a clear, defensible boundary on the ground.
